WordPress Maintenance
WordPress is a pretty straight-forward system, but there is a bit of maintenance that goes along with owning a WordPress blog and not everyone wants to get their hands dirty.
Not to worry, I love to get my hands dirty.
What I do for you every month…
- Full off-site backup. I backup your all of your WordPress tables and files and place a copy on your server, and also download it to my server so you have a guaranteed backup even if your server crashes.
- Database optimization. I run a complete database optimization and repair which keeps your blog running faster and more efficiently.
- Scan for broken links and fix any that can be fixed and report any that cannot.
- Update plugins that require it
- Update WordPress core if required or recommended for security purposes. I will not upgrade your WordPress installation without consulting you!
- Clear your spam comments (which can slow down your blog overall)
After you subscribe via PayPal, you will be taken to a Thank You page where you can enter your blog details so that I can get started on your maintenance as soon as possible.
