This coming Saturday is WordCamp Fraser Valley and I’m going to be attending on behalf of InstalledForYou.com. I’m looking forward to meeting other bloggers and WordPress enthusiasts from the Vancouver area. I have no idea what to expect, or who I’ll be meeting.

One of the reasons I’m going is to talk to people about comment systems on WordPress and what they use/like. Since I’m working on a “uber-comment” system, it’ll be a good chance to gather some feedback before it is finished. So I also want to ask you, dear reader: What do you want/need/look for in a good comment plugin for WordPress?

What are the essential comment features you need to have? Twitter Integration? Social bookmarking? Gravatars? User blacklists? Email notifications?
